Sintered through a high-temperature vacuum furnace process at 2200°C, the hot end and cold end are bonded and fired together, enhancing the toughness of the silicon carbide rod, extending its service life, and resisting arcing under high current impact.

The welded joints of silicon carbide rods fired in a vacuum furnace are smooth and fine, free of cracks, tightly bonded, and do not separate at high temperatures. Their service life is more than three times that of other silicon carbide rods.
